Help Those Affected by Hurricane Harvey

The American Collectors Association of Texas (ACATX) stands in support of the victims of Hurricane Harvey and is asking for your help by making a financial contribution to our newly established ‘Disaster Relief Fund.

The people of Texas, specifically those in Houston and its immediate surrounding area, are enduring unprecedented hardship and tragedy stemming from the impact of Hurricane Harvey.

Yet, stories and news abound to document the generosity and goodwill of how our fellow Texans and indeed all Americans are helping one another and contributing to the desperately needed recovery effort.

The financial costs of responding to the broad impact of the crises are only just now beginning to be quantified. As proud members of the credit and collection industry we want to do our part to support those impacted by this storm.

Your contributions to the ACA of Texas Disaster Relief Fund will be utilized to directly support families and individuals working in our industry that have been adversely impacted by Hurricane Harvey. ACA of Texas’ Board of Directors will make the final determination as to how that support is made, with full disclosure on our web site. Please know that your financial support will be in good hands, so that it is destined to directly improve the lives of those so severely impacted.

Most importantly – a generous benefactor of ACA of Texas has pledged a ‘dollar-for-dollar’ matching gift for up to $100,000 in contributions from donors like YOU!
